Never mind the corpse, this sale is one day only

This morning, an overnight clerk at Wal-Mart was literally trampled to death in a stampede of ravenous shoppers bursting through the instant its doors opened for Black Friday business. According to a former co-worker:

"He was bum-rushed by 200 people," said Jimmy Overby, 43, a co-worker. "They took the doors off the hinges. He was trampled and killed in front of me. They took me down too...I literally had to fight people off my back."

This is absolutely unbelievable. How out of your mind do you have to collectively be that something like this is even possible? Although the linked report implies that some people were courteous enough to run around the guy fighting for his life on the floor, I can't find a single report that says anything about a single, solitary shopper actually stopping to try and help this guy. Not one! You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

If you are so deranged that you wouldn't forget about those bargains you came for to take five minutes to try and help someone, then save yourself and all fellow humans some shame, keep your sorry ass at home and shop online. This is the 21st century, for crying out loud!
